The process begins when you contact us via phone or email. We immediately establish your contact information and send you our confidential Intake Form. This form is vital for gathering the facts, including:
What is happening (the specific activity or phenomena).
Who is being affected (individuals experiencing the activity).
Where it is happening (the location details).
Conditions under which it occurs (time, environment, triggers).
Step 2: Assessment & Team Mobilization
Once we receive your Intake Form, our leadership team conducts a thorough review. We determine the urgency of the matter and define the scope of the investigation. This initial evaluation includes:
Resource Allocation: Determining which specialized equipment and tools are necessary.
Case Assignment: Identifying the best-qualified investigators to handle your unique situation.
Team Selection: Assembling the optimal team size and specific members for your case.
Step 3: Defining Desired Outcomes & Preliminary Review
We believe success means achieving the results you need. On the Intake Form, we ask you to state your desired outcome (e.g., stopping the activity, understanding the history, documenting the presence, etc.). This ensures our efforts are focused on satisfying your needs.
If needed, we may conduct a preliminary investigation or site visit to confirm the reported activity and gather baseline data before a full investigation.
Step 4: Investigation & Client Education
During this stage, we are actively on-site collecting evidence, or providing remote support.
We immediately send you a link to our YouTube Channel. This educational resource provides videos on common phenomena and coping strategies, empowering you to learn about your situation and potentially address minor issues yourself.
Step 5: Ongoing Support & Specialized Care
We provide emotional and spiritual support to our clients throughout the entire process. If your situation requires specialized assistance, we have dedicated team members ready to help:
